Also has a tool-free ratchet system that properly seals your shield with an elliptical motion, and a moisture-wicking liner that’s easy to remove and wash. Constructed with pre-pregnated fiberglass shell and a double D-ring chin strap, the Harley-Davidson EVO X17 Sunshield Modular Helmet is designed for ultimate comfort and protection. Experience superior ventilation with adjustable vents at the chin, top of helmet, and spoiler on the back. The removable and washable moisture-wicking liner maintains a cool and dry interior in warm weather and warmth in cool weather. Additionally, the helmet features a ratchet system for secure eye port sealing and toolless shield changing in seconds, as well as a retractable and interchangeable internal sunshield. Both the sunshield and face shield offer UVA/UVB protection. Plus, the fully removable chin bar allows for easy transformation from a modular helmet to a 3/4 open-face helmet. This helmet is proudly manufactured by Scorpion (Kido Sports Co.) Ltd and is dual-certified to meet DOT safety standards and ECE R22.06 requirements.
