The Combined Chapter Christmas in July is to be held in Glen Innes on Saturday, July 30th . 31st
Three Chapters are confirmed – Gasoline Alley, Mid North Coast and Northern NSW with invitations also sent to Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Chapters – so “it’s gonna be HUGE!”
IMPORTANT:
Suggest those planning to go should get in and book accommodation NOW! Gas Alley have pre-booked seven motels with 135 rooms under Gasoline Alley HOG. Just mention their name when booking your accommodation.
A list of the motels and phone numbers is attached for your information.
PLEASE when you book can you also let me know for catering purposes.We do not have a central MNC HOG booking person for this overnighter and need to give club firm numbers. There will be a cutoff date closer to the event.
Draft format is as follows:
2pm: Arrive (or thereabouts)
4pm: Meet and Greet at RSL
4.30-6pm: Chapter Challenge followed by dinner.
The RSL Auditorium (holds 600) has been booked for a hot Christmas buffet.
Departure times/pickup points will be advised at a later date.
